What's New...

Let's see...I've been working at Curnow Funeral Home since being home from BYU-Idaho in July. We're going on 5 years since I stopped in and chatted with Brian and he offered me a part-time job at the funeral home. I have definitely enjoyed working there over the past years.
At school, I am about two years from completing my bachelor's degree in the Business & Communications College. I haven't exactly put my finger on which major I want to declare, but it will be within the B & C College.
I've recently learned that there will be a Community College in Western Washington that will have an Associates Program for future funeral directors and embalmers. So, it's very possible that I work towards that degree and return to South Puget Sound to pursue a career in funeral directing. I've realized how much I really do enjoy working with people during such a hard time.
So there's a little update on what's going on in my world.

"We know not all that lies ahead of us. We live in a world of uncertainty. For some, there will be great accomplishment. For others, disappointment. For some, much of rejoicing and gladness, good health, and gracious living. For others, perhaps sickness and a measure of sorrow. We do not know. But one thing we do know. Like the Polar Star in the heavens, regardless of what the future holds, there stands the Redeemer of the world, the Son of God, certain and sure as the anchor of our immortal lives. He is the rock of our salvation, our strength, our comfort, the very focus of our faith."
