Late Tuesday night, Elder Ray and I walked off the plane in Seattle. Our families were excited to see us after two years. Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Laurisa were there to see me. Others (including Brian and Karlene from work) wished they were there.
That next morning, I got to show off some of the fun things
I brought back from Guatemala. Laurisa got a typical outfit worn by the women in Guatemala.
A couple weeks later, I spoke in church with my family present.
Nicole & Jeff, Chris, Callie & Kobi and other family members and friends were able to travel to be there.
The summer came and went. I spent my summer working at Curnow Funeral Home
and hanging out in the Puyallup area. I had fun with my new blue toy (the 05 Honda Civic that I took out a loan for when I got back). I was sad to give it up for a 96 Nissan Sentra to be able to afford school in January 08.
During the summer, I got to visit
Yellowstone National Park, Temple Square in Salt Lake City, and go to the Nielsen Family Reunion.
